A day in the life.
As a Private Client Services Assistant Account Manager you will:
- Responsible for all steps in the processing of:
- Evidence of Property / Binders / ID cards
- Invoicing / Accounting
- Applications / Endorsements / Cancellations / Reinstatements
- Effectively assisting clients with coverage issues and changes
- Electronic file maintenance
- Assisting with rating and new business process
- Processing transactions on various insurance company websites
- Assist, as needed, with sending Renewal Brochures to all clients annually
- Verbal and written correspondence with clients, carriers, and mortgage companies
Our future colleague.
We’d love to meet you if your professional track record includes these skills:
- Previous Personal Lines experience a plus, but not required
- Excellent organizational skills
- Proven customer service and relations
- Able to research and analyze problems independently
- Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Multi-tasked and detail oriented
- Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel, Outlook
- Able to self-check for accuracy
- Must learn the Agency Management System and Imaging System
- Must have Property & Casualty resident agents license or obtain within 90 days of employment
