Application Manager, Salesforce Responsibilities
Lead cross functional teams toward predictable execution without supervision and partner with vendors and engineering teams to implement solutions that drive business value.
Develop and configure experience of HR applications including Onboarding, Service Cloud and Movement within Salesforce.
Influence enhancements and new projects to improve the product and end user experience.
Imagine innovative products and solutions that solve complex business problems fully leveraging Meta’s technology stack.
Define and analyze metrics that inform the success of products.
Groom and refine the Salesforce product backlog with HR stakeholders.
Own the configuration, quality assurance, testing, and deployment of Salesforce.
Act as a release manager, approving configuration and coded items to be deployed between environments.
Work closely with the Salesforce Account Management team to test, pilot and onboard new infrastructure features into the organization.
Minimum Qualifications
Requires a Bachelor's degree(or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or related field and 5 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or in a computer-related occupation.
Requires 60 months of experience in the following:
1. Implementing Salesforce Applications
2. Integrating systems with third-party service vendors
3. Working as an SFDC architect with advanced knowledge of Salesforce platform
4. Interacting with internal and external stakeholders
5. Working in a fast-paced environment
6. Working with stakeholders and users, and
7. Using flow builder, process builder, Omni-channel, entitlement and other out of the box solutions.

$221,614/year to $265,430/year + bonus + equity + benefits
