Civil Works, Inc. (CWI) has a tremendous opportunity for the experienced Coordinator who has supported Business Development and/or Sales professionals. Join our well-established team and support our sales growth!

In this role CWI will count on you to:

Support initiatives that drive business development and sales for our firm in the South Florida market.
Successfully engage and collaborate with various stakeholders such as ownership, architects, and contractors
Client communication, maintenance, and tracking
Assist with proposal and presentation preparation

Experience and qualifications:

3+ years of experience in support role centered around business development or sales, preferably within the AEC industry
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Demonstrated computer proficiency.
An attitude and commitment to being an active contributor to our Civil Works Team

Work schedule: Enjoy a four-day work week! Monday through Thursday, 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM. On rare occasions, Fridays and/or weekend work may be needed, with ample notice provided.

Location: This is a full-time, in-office position that can be located in either our Plantation (Fort Lauderdale), or Miami (Doral) office.

Travel: may be required
