Requirements

This role is to help HustleFish grow into a new region. The person in this role must:

Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their marketing needs and objectives.
Experience with digital marketing, including SEO, PPC, and web development.
Familiarity with analytics tools and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
Have experience building a strong local network and using that network to develop new sales opportunities
Have a self-starter mentality and an entrepreneurial spirit.
Love marketing and enjoy helping other businesses through marketing
Hit goals, including total revenue projections and other KPIs.
Be a clear, direct communicator with the internal team, and clients alike.
Be coachable. Willing to learn, always pushing to grow.
Experience in selling marketing services is helpful but not required.
Be absolutely committed to caring for people over profit - this includes how we treat team members, clients, vendors, etc.
