VAS Aero Services is looking for two Sales Coordinators to join our team in Boca Raton, FL.

You’ll get to assist our outside sales staff with quotes, research, sales, and purchasing.
You’ll be answering calls, quoting stock items, and tracking sales and open service requests.

Your Boarding Pass:

Education: High school graduate, pursuing higher education

Experience:

1-2 year experience using business applications on computers
1-2 years Aviation warehouse experience preferred

Knowledge, Skills, Demonstrated Capabilities:

Required: Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
Required: Ability to learn the utilization of the Inventory Locator System (SAP)
Preferred: Knowledge of the Illustrated Parts Catalog
Preferred: Knowledge of the industry requirements (Trace documentation)
