As a SaaS Sales / Account Executive at ActiveBench, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying, engaging, and closing deals with potential staffing companies and partners. You will play a critical role in shaping the future of our company by building and maintaining strong relationships with key decision-makers in the staffing industry.

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve individual and team quotas
Identify, qualify, and cultivate leads through various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, networking events, and referrals
Conduct virtual demonstrations and presentations of the ActiveBench platform to prospective clients
Negotiate and close contracts while managing the entire sales cycle from initial contact to deal closure
Collaborate closely with internal teams, such as marketing, product development, and customer success, to ensure smooth onboarding and ongoing support for new clients
Provide regular sales forecasts, updates, and reports to management
Stay current on market trends, competitors, and industry developments to maintain a competitive edge

Requirements

Proven experience (minimum 3+ years) in B2B SaaS sales, preferably within the staffing or HR tech industry
ATS expertise, ideally with Bullhorn or similar platforms
Demonstrated track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets
Strong understanding of the staffing industry, its challenges, and opportunities
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment
Ability to travel occasionally for meetings, conferences, and trade shows
CRM expertise, ideally with FreshSales, HubSpot or similar platforms
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
