Compensation
Compensation includes a base salary of $58,400.00 - $87,600.00. The base salary may vary within the anticipated base pay range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate’s knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include an incentive program.
The Sales Compensation Analyst II will provide variable pay and compensation related operational, analytical, and support services performing all duties and responsibilities necessary to support the Cox Residential Sales Team. This includes reporting, quota setting, compensation plan design & effectiveness analysis, plan and policy documentation and administration, data management, and ad-hoc project management. This experienced individual contributor operates under supervision and in a team environment.
What You’ll Do
Conducts research pertaining to sales plan performance, behavior, and effectiveness. Presents and documents periodic compensation plan analysis, make recommendations based on different variables of commission plan performance.
Creates & delivers leader level reporting packages for all aspects of compensation with insight into the main drivers of the business. Present results & findings with recommendations to leaders.
Manages change process through the documentation of program plans, policies, & guidelines.
Participates in cross-functional teams on ad hoc compensation related-projects and initiatives. Secure buy-in from a diverse audience.
Participates in the delivery of training information and/or tutorials. Promotes awareness of the Commission System and current trends in effective compensation/performance management
Works with the Commission System Team to develop and administer any related tools, training and strategies that help further the implementation of Commission System within the enterprise.
Assists in the implementation of local and corporate compensation strategies/initiatives.
Perform other duties as requested.

Who You Are
Minimum:
Bachelor’s degree in related discipline and 2 years of experience. The right candidate could also have a different combination, such as a master’s degree and up to 2 years’ experience; or 6 years of experience in lieu of a degree.
Fully competent and productive professional contributor with a demonstrated ability to work autonomously and within a team in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities and time constraints.
Performs full range of standard professional level work that typically requires processing, interpreting, identifying problems and possible solutions; takes appropriate action to resolve more complex, less clearly defined issues
Excellent communication and analytical skills; Able to conceptualize data as it relates to compensation, goal attainment and achieving results; Ability to interpret business objectives and successfully incorporate those into Commission System terms.
Requires strong knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access) skills to work effectively with teams throughout organization.
Preferred:
Degree in Marketing, Business or Finance.
Master’s degree preferred.
Experience in telecommunications industry desired
