Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $133,200/year in our lowest geographic market up to $220,200/year in our highest geographic market. Key job responsibilities:
-End to end ownership of AWS’s Specialization programs and value proposition for worldwide Specialization partners
-Create programs to support the 4 motions of partner collaboration: Build, GTM, Sell and Grow
-Collaborate with partner management, sales leadership, and technical segment leaders to identify joint goals around sales opportunities, funding, and technical training to benefit partners.
-Continually experiment and introduce new approaches to engage partners and improve operational excellence
-Evaluate, prioritize, and optimize iteratively based on business strategy and customer behavior and needs
-Track, measure, and analyze the performance of designation programs and evangelize results to leadership
Key job responsibilities
-Ownership of end-to-end product launch process, growing our global portfolio of Differentatiiated Partners for customers to engage for specific needs.
- Continually experiment with new approaches to simplify launch partner experience and maximize launch partner visibility
- Evaluate, prioritize, and improve operational excellence based on business strategy, customer/partner behavior, and needs
- Leverage your channel knowledge to solve highly complex business challenges through programmatic solutions including working with technical stakeholders on program design.
- Develop data-driven narrative proposals for new initiatives or evolving programs, including return on investment profile and financial analysis.
- Develop and mature mechanisms to deeply understand ex/internal customer and partner needs, gaps, and opportunities
- Build strong relationships with business partners to understand their challenges and priorities, define roadmap, and drive actions through insight delivery
- Develop and maintain core metrics and insights analyzing partner feedback and sentiment
- Prepare and deliver insights for all weekly/monthly/quarterly business reviews
- Build and execute a communications strategy to stakeholders including ownership of business cadence
