- 5+ years of Microsoft Excel experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Experience with sales CRM tools such as Salesforce or similar software
- Experience defining, refining and implementing sales processes, procedures and policies or equivalent
- 5+ years of finance, business management and sales operations experience
- Experience working within a high-growth, technology company

Amazon's Asia Global Selling Core Seller Experience team currently seeks a results oriented Customer Success Lead who can learn quickly and build trust with various stakeholders in a dynamically changing environment. In this role, s/he will be a key member of the Asia Global Selling PMO Team, providing critical support to Strategic Account Management team in designing and launching marketing and Seller engagement campaigns, analyzing and presenting campaign results to senior leadership teams, optimizing existing work process for Customer Return.
The ideal candidate will have demonstrated project/program management skills (preferably in event and campaign management) and the ability to shape work for themselves and supporting other team mates. The position requires strong communication skills and the ability to innovate and build strong working relationships with numerous stakeholders within the organization. S/he also has a track record of program management, leading business initiatives, building workflow, and turning data into insights.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Work closely with Account Management and PMO teams to manage and drive critical programs
- Leverage data and dashboards in order to manage opportunities for multiple Seller programs driving the Asia Global Selling business
- Interact with multiple stakeholder / business teams to translate ambiguous requirements to execution
- Structures workflow across the team to effectively prioritize operational support activities
- Work relentlessly to improve existing processes and using data and fact driven decision making to make recommendations.
Key job responsibilities
- Owning Core SX critical projects planning and SP engagement campaigns creation and implementation
- Optimizing top seller marketing events planning and campaign results and Seller learning analysis
- Driving Core SX learning, define the mechanisms, and summarize Seller learnings holistically.
- Owning Core SX training plan including learning modules and coordinating training sessions.
